How to Write a Motivation Letter


The Cover Letter (CL) is the document that accompanies your CV when you are applying for a job. The CL is short (200-250 words), with a quite rigidstructure and has the layout of a letter.
Layout. The layout is that of a formal business letter: your addressand contact details come under your name, in the upper right corner ofthe page. In the case youdo not know the name, an email, a little digging in the net or a phonecall should help you get that name, in case it is not mentioned in theofficial announcement. Under the receiver's address, but aligned right,write the date of the day when you are writing the letter.
If you do not know the name, start with Dear Sirs, or Dear Sir or Madam and close withYours faithfully.
Structure.
. Do not forget to leave ablank space between the closing and your name and to sign the letter inthat space.
Enclosure. It is customary for formal letters to mention whether youhave enclosed any documents accompanying the letter.

How to Write a Good Motivation Letter

The Motivation Letter is an important document which should be developed with care because it will most probably be read if your CV is accepted.
This letter will be read in most cases after your CV.
There are two types of Motivation Letter:
Motivation Letter for reply to an ad: targeted at a particular position.
Motivation Letter for a recruitment company: if you have a vendor profile of interest to them.

As its name suggests, the letter accompanying your resume states your motivation.

As the CV, there is no miracle formula.
At most, we can specify a method or plan of drafting in four steps:
* The opening phrase.
* Qualifications of the key points of that particular offer.
* The answer reasoned and expressed.
* Solicitation for Interview.
Handwritten or printed?
Specific or generic?
The letter is always specific to an offer. After a short introductory phrase, use the plan prescribed in 5 steps. For example:
Dear Sir,
1. Please kindly find my application in response to your offer of .
2. I see the possibility of … [Take the key points of the announcement by reformulating.]
3. As you can see from my CV … etc …
4. Convinced that my profile matches your expectations, I would be very happy to meet you to let you know more about my ambitions and my motivations, and consider all the possible collaboration.
5. In this perspective, please accept, Madam, … etc …

It might be that the organisers have to read a few hundred motivation letters, so to attract their attention, try to be creative and funny.

• Sometimes, it is needed to tell the organisers that you have a sufficient knowledge of the topic - so let them know that and how you do! To find out what is expected –
• Be careful, and send the appropriate letter to the appropriate place (don't mix them if you apply to more than one course!)

• Don't let the letter be too short or too long –
• Of course, the letter has to be written in English

There are people who are very less motivated and they can do wonders if they are motivated. But there is no one to motivate them may this is the fact that others don't know how to motivate due to which great people having talent can't come up to show that how wonderful and amazing they are and can be for others and this world.
We find at various places especially countries that are underdeveloped or developing countries that people working at very unrespectable jobs like sweeper etc but they posses great talents.
And above all you can motivate any kind person to whom you have the access. They can be changed in the following ways:

Be determined that you can change and motivate them

Tell the person the benefits of doing the particular things

Show him/her the prospects

Tell them the advantages

Also tell there is no harm even if they lose

Get in to their mind from their eyes and speak what you want them to do

Tell them that they are the best and no one is like them in this world

Keep telling them for how good and best they are

Program them

Stay and socialize with them

Tell them that you really expect a lot of them and they can do anything.

Prepare them to be the best

Teach them all the essential and important things are concerned

Train them if possible.

Be kind and normal

Show respect and earn it as well

Give them time and space

Give them an environment for learning.
